Overall i would not be staying there again. The location was an inconvenient as well.
The lunch in the restaurant was very good. really worth the price.
Breakfast was vague. mostly the same things everyday. did not have much choice in regards to drinks the juice provided was terrible as well as the tea. For new year we expected something different but we were served mostly the same thing. the location was inconvenient as well, we had to walk a long way to get to the crossing and back just so we could get to the other side of the road.

Disappointing
Basically, I Have booked this hotel for my guests coming from America. I asked one day prior to arrival if an early check in was possible and the gentleman said yes. And when my guests arrived the lady at the reception said that there are extra charges 100 aed for early check-in. Which that guy has not mentioned when I called him about the extra charges. And I requested if my guests can take away breakfast since they will be checking out at 3am and she refused by saying that the time you want breakfast that time the restaurant is closed and how we can prepare the breakfast. Such a poor response to the clients. I can understand if you don't want to accommodate but this is not the right way to respond. I was totally disappointed and regretted choosing this hotel.
